I graduated from the University of Tartu in public administration. Between 1999 and 2002 I worked for two agencies governed by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications – the Estonian Tourist Board and Enterprise Estonia’s Tourism Development Centre – where I was responsible for the coordination of development and marketing work for the southern Estonia tourism region and for ensuring the quality of tourism information issued by the state.
In my time at KredEx (2002-2005) I learned more about financial analysis and credit insurance - the knowledge I was able to implement in working as an exports manager in the private sector.
My first contact with financial state-aid from the European Union’s Structural Funds and corporate advisory services came while I was working for Continuum Group OÜ (2005-2006).
In 2006 I founded the consultation company Laurentum OÜ, through which I have worked with companies in a wide range of fields, primarily writing business plans and applications for financial state-aid for various measures of the EU Structural Funds.
With more than ten years’ experience in drafting development and business plans and strategies and in coordinating projects by having both theoretical intuition and practical experience in the planning and carrying out of a variety of projects, I feel that the best way of implementing the skills and knowledge I have gained is through the services of Nordic CF Advisory.
