Alar Voitka moderates the seminar „Tips and Lessons for Financial Planning“

 

On 17’th of January 2011, NCFA’s partner - Alar Voitka will be moderating an afternoon seminar „Tips and Lessons for Financial Planning“ organized by Connect Estonia. The seminar gives practical tips regarding the key issues in financial planning when preparing your company for investors.

 

An experienced entreprenenur - Erki Mölder shares his ideas how to prepare a growth company for investors starting from cash flow planning and ending with preparations for due diligence. The managing partner of Deloitte Advisory - Veiko Hintsov gives an auditors view on financial planning. The CEO of KredEx – Andrus Treier shares the lender’s point of view on the issue of trusting the financial reports. A noted business angel – Nelson Gray explains the investor’s view in investing into a company.

 

The presentations will be followed by a panel discussion with high profiled panelists – Peter Priisalm from Avaron, Jari Mieskonen from Conor Venture Partners, Erki Mölder from Medicap Holding and business angel Nelson Gray. The panel discussion will cover their best practises of financial management in venture funded companies.
